Workflow skips by user input when debug is off

When implamenting a workflow I have the following with debug on

TAG_info(
iw_desc =>
[ html => "<textarea rows='5' cols='40'></textarea>",
label => "Job Description",
error_msg => 'Please enter a Job description',
],

submit_cmts =>
[ html => "<textarea rows=4 cols=40></textarea>",
is_required => 'false',
label => "Submit Info:",
],

zip_name =>
[ html => "<textarea rows=1 cols=40></textarea>",
is_required => 'false',
label => "Zip file name:",
],
);

When comment out debug it skips over the tag info part for user input starts the WF. Is it because I don't have any fileds required? Is there something elese I'm missing?

Yes - it's because you don't have any required fields.
I don't remember if explicitly setting iw_use_defaults="f" fixes this or not. Something like:TAG_info(
iw_use_defaults="f",
);If that doesn't work you can try using this post as a guide to getting the form to always show up.
