New Mail Message does nothing

I'm using Desksite 8.0 HF2 with Worksite 8.0 HF3.

In Desksite I have created a document folder called Test under My Folders and have added an email address in the Properties dialog - test.I8Test@wcs.mocomsystems.com

So now if I right-click on the Test folder I can select New - Mail Message and I would expect it to launch Outlook but nothing happens.

Please can you explain what is going wrong.

This is a bug and it's been reported.

This is a bug in the DeskSite which cause the command did not recognize the selected folder object, and the fix will be available in the 8.0 Hotfix4 release.
