TS6.01 Preview&Generate works for some but not all

After upgrading to TS6.01 SP1 we are finding that certain users can not preview or generate a file from a DCR. Another user with exact same privileges can both preview and generate.

Any idea on how to fix this?

What platform ?

You are certain it is BOTH preview & generate ? Then check the permissions of the directories and
files they are replacing.

Can you run iwregen fname ? What do you get ?

This was for Win2K.

Apparently the user did not have permissions to iw-home folder. After the user has been moved to a group that has permissions to iw-home folder, the problem was resolved.

Thanks for your help. Running "iwregen file" from the command line helped me troubleshoot this.
