Permission problems after domain migration

Hi,

TS 5.5.2, Win 2K

after a domain migration our teamsite permissions are messed up.

Here is what happened. Windows admins have moved the old domain to a new one. All users & groups have been moved to the new domain.

We have modified all files in conf\roles so they reflect the new domain-users. All users can log in into Teamsite. They even have access to their workareas, just like before. However, submit or get-latest DON'T work. Message: "No permission to perform "GetLatest" action in this workarea."

What we have tried already:
- restart the server (not just Teamsite, a full reboot)
- change the usergroup of an existing workarea & branch to new domain
- newly created a test branch & workarea owned by new domain user

No positive results so far.

Local teamsite-admin user has no problem with permissions, get-latest & submit work normal, only the users that log-in from their (migrated) domain have issues.

I think you will have to run the iwidremap on the backing store to change the user information/ permissions on the files.
Run iwidremap -u and iwidremap -g and see if the files are still pointing to the old domain. Check the admin guide for details on iwidremap.
