Does upgrading OD Receiver to 6.0 require a reboot

We are planning to upgrade 34 OD Receivers running on Solaris. All servers are currently running OD 5.6 receiver and will be upgraded to OD 6.0.1. I have not been able to confirm if the upgrade needs a reboot. I'm hoping that someone who has done the upgrade can confirm.

Fresh install of OD on Solaris does NOT require a reboot. Upgrade would not require a reboot either.
