Page not found - webdesk

When Users login as webdesk interface they are getting page not found. They are able to login in webdesk pro interface and its working fine. But page not found error is coming in Webdesk interface. See the below error log, its looking in everything "undefined" directory each time when login in webdesk.

TS 5.0.x is no longer supported and you should seriously consider upgrading to the latest TeamSite version - 6.5 or at least 6.1
