Teamsite 6.1 Mailer Help

We just installed 6.1 on a brand new server. I have ported my 5.0 workflows over. These workflows all begin by e-mailing a task to a user via external task. None of the workflows finish the external task (the e-mail never gets sent). The log iwprocoutput.log is showing the following errors:

iwconfig: variable not found var: debug_output section: iwsend_mail
Connection timed out at /iw-home/iw-perl/vendor/lib/Mail/Mailer.pm line 266.


I tried calling iwsend_mail.ipl directly from the command line like this:

/iw-home/bin/iwsend_mail.ipl -f jika@loc.gov -t jika@loc.gov -s test 713

and it returns the following error:

iwconfig: variable not found var: debug_output section: iwsend_mail
Task 0 does not exist.
ERROR:00920: Object being looked up was not found


The same line works fine on the old 5.0 server (delivering e-mail to me).
Any tips on how to proceed?

The first line says that the CLT "iwconfig" is reporting an error finding the variable "debug_output" in the "iwsend_mail" section ... of iw.cfg. So you probably need to copy over the entire [iwsend_mail] section of iw.cfg from your old server to your new server.
