deploying metadat to database

Hi

I am trying to deploy metadata of DCRs to the database and am getting an error saying:
"Values for PK column [Title] missing in [templatedata\Safari\News\data\vivektest".

I tried to list the metadata of this file "vivektest" using the iwextattr command through command line and I have data in all columns including Title, but while running the deployment all values are coming as null. Any idea what might be wrong?
