whither perldoc ?
nipper
I use
www.perldoc.com
a great deal, now I notice it is not working anymore. Is there another good general purpose perl site ? IMHO
www.perl.com
, perlmonks.com, and cpan.org do not give nearly as good of information as perldoc did.

You can try this one, too:

(2) TS 6.1 SP1 on W2K

Is that link right? It does not come up with any perl documentation??

What you should see is a set of large buttons, linking you to different Perl documentation.
Try this one:
http://www.icewalkers.com/Perl/5.8.0/lib/HTTP/Request.html
and it will give you documentation on the HTTP::Request class. On this page, you can navigate out of there and view other stuff.

Hey, you're right -- I apologize.
What kind of crappy web server can't resolve a trailing "/" at the end of a URL?? That's primative.

On the about page it says it uses Apache/PERL/PHP. My guess it is a bad mapping in httpd.conf??
