Adding HTML formating to a DCT

I'm trying to add a extra break between two rows in a dct, i was wondering if there was a way to add html formatting in a template?

which version do you use?
in TS 5.5.2 you can do this very easy (add a "blank" item and put in the html you want),
in TS 6.1 not
