Having a production and a dev server

What is the best strategy for setting up the deploy/submit-deploy/submit for the pages that are going to the remote server, i.e. *.jsp, *.asp or something else?


Do you just have two workflows? Submit to deployment and submit to production or any other setup?

It's all up to you -- you can certainly do it that way, but what I've seen more often is the deployment to development, then production and mapping to the ASP/JSP engine is all done serially, in one workflow.

What are your requirements?
