Transition Description changes on 2nd execution

Hi,

Suppose there is an external task that has 2 successor sets with 'yes' n 'no' transition descriptions. On 1st execution, the transition is 'yes' and on 2nd, the transition is 'no'. In completed task list, it displays the transition as 'yes after 1st execution but after 2nd execution, instead of displaying the transitions as 'yes' n 'no' respectively, it displays both the transitions as 'no' and vice versa. What can be a possible solution to avoid this.

I'd suggest creating a very simple [short] workflow that demonstrates this, coupled with documentation about what to do and where to look for the problem you're seeing - and open a case with Support.
