IWXML doesn't return trgDIR

Hi,

I'm just testing the iwxmltest.ipl with the supplied manifest_data. It seems that IWXML.pm does not return the proper target directory attrribute. For example, the output shows that everything is relative to '/' which is the $sep variable in IWXML.pm. Anybody has any idea? Thanks.
