Checkbox Value Attribute
cemman01
I am seeing an issue in the TS6.1 environment where specifying a checkbox with multiple values causes random behavior when opening the DCR.
The attachment shows a snippet of how the checkbox is defined in the dct.
The option with comma-separated values "MN,DY" causes two individual checkboxes MN and DYto appear when the checkbox value Day, is selected.
Has anyone come across this or know of a workaround? This used to work in 5.5.2.

Try making the following, highlighted, modification:
<item name="Test">"
<checkbox required="t"
delimiter=";"
>
<option label="Year" value="YR"/>
<option label="Day" value="MN,DY">
</checkbox>
</item>
If that works, it sounds like you uncovered an interesting "feature" (not sure what it's good for, but ...)

Great...it works. thanks very much!! how did you know that placing a delimiter would work? I would like to understand.

From the Form's Publisher Developer's guide 6.0...
delimiter: Specifies the delimiting character used when data from all
check boxes is concatenated by the data capture subsystem when saving
an XML data record. The default delimiter is a comma (,).
