Modifying templating.cfg

I am looking for a way to edit the templating.cfg file without actually opening the file from the /iw-home/ directory. I heard a rumor that a cgi script might exist that will automatically edit the xml file. Does anybody know anything about this? Thanks.

There are PSO products you can buy that let you manage files in a branch, then use a custom menu item to install, but you still edit with a text editor (I don't know any GUI products for managing templating.cfg). You can also build your own, which typically has more value for less cost.
