Error starting teamsite server

I have just installed teamsite 6.1 and have an issue trying to create a new job to the examples workflow that comes with teamsite named "Author Assignment"

Steps taken are:
1. Select file - tick checkbox.
2. Actions -> New Job
3. Select workflow

Result:
Error Message:
TTP Status 500 - No Context configured to process this request
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

message No Context configured to process this request
description The server encountered an internal error (No Context configured to process this request) that prevented it from fulfilling this request.

Anyone encountered this error before?

In the localhost log, the following appears:

There seems to be some issue with the realm.

Out of curiosity, if nothing else, which UI are you using - CCPro or CCStd?
If you're using CCStd - try to do the same thing in CCPro ...

Also - was this a fresh installation or an upgrade installation? If upgrade - from which version (including SP) did you upgrade?
