OpenDeploy Log Viewer modification

The width of the textarea of the OpenDeploy Log Viewer (OpenDeploy Administration - web application) does not expand to 100% when using a Netscape/Firefox/Mozilla browser.

This is because the CSS style associated with the textarea is not syntatically correct.

A very simple modification to the jsp source code <IW-HOME>\httpd\webapps\tsadmin\tsadmin\logviewer.jsp will fix the problem and
I have been able to recompile the jsp using <IW-HOME>\install\install_webapps.ipl tsadmin tsadmin.

However, I do not know how to modify and deploy the webapp.

Do I need to rebuild tsadmin.war? If so, how is this done, and how do I deploy it?
