Unable to view deep directories

When I try to do an import to directories with several sub directories in them I am unable to view past a certain point. For instance in this one situation I can view to the directories that start with "P" but cannot go futher down. My scroll bar is blinking but nothing is happening. Thoughts? TS552 win2k

This is buggy is TS 5. Importing a directory using the applet can cause big problems with permissions, but I've never heard of a problem as severe as yours. We used to have a policy that basically mandate that users not do this and pray that it is fixed in a future TS release. Anyone know if it exists in 6.x?

Which SP for 5.5.2? It's important to include that info.

Install 5.5.2_SP6 or disable the java plug-in.

Presumably you are running an early release of 5.5.2
with the java plug-in which is not supported because
of bugs like this.

Yes, this still exists with 6.5 SP1. It's not even listed as a bug (at least none that I've found in the knowledge base).

The problem occurs on BOTH MSIE and Firefox. Java Runtime is version 1.5.
