Unable login to worksite mp

Hi All,

When ever I try to login to worksite I get the server busy message. In the tomcat logs I see this exception "com.imanage.cms.exceptions.cmsconnection.CmsConnectionPoolNotAvailableException:
CmsConnection pool is not available"

Does anyone have any sugession how to overcome this issue.

Hi All,

I am getting below message when i tried to log in. Server is on Linux server.

A WorkSite MP resource required for the requested item is currently unavailable.

Please try again later. If this problem persists, contact your support staff.

I tried to start the server using impm.

Any ideas. I am new to worksite.Are there any dependies do i need to check in order to work..

config.jsp is working . index.jsp is not working i am getting above message

I see that error when the webapp server can't find the cms server and/or your cluster.

Have you verified that the webapp server can reach the other servers? THat the DNS resolves correctly from both boxes? Configured the webapp with your cluster and library names?

Thanks for your reply.I stopped my tomcat and restarted. After that started ./impm process.

Now it is showing the following message

The server is temporarily busy serving other requests.

Do i need stop and start any other process any other dependies

hi,
Im facing the same error as u faced.
did u find any solution ... If so let me know.
Im able to login to the config.jsp but not to the index.jsp.
really difficult to find out which UID, PWD & Domain i should give.
I tried with all possible combinations but still the errors is same
"Your login attempt has been unsuccessful. WorkSite MP did not
recognize your name and password combination.
If this problem persists, please contact your support staff. "
so let me know if u have found any???
