Has anyone done anything with using XSLT to parse the xml output of the - iwgetwfobj -r $jobID` for a given workflow?

no, but I saw IWOV's Workflow+ package that parses is using something like DCR parsing methods

Another approach I have seen is to use XML: Smiley Frustrated
