I'm not sure if what you have posted is related to your question but,
You'll need the javascript command in your ewebeditproevents.js file.
and you'll need to insert the command as a reference in your visual format configuration file.
The default config is visualformatconfig.xml
If you have no idea what I'm refering to then you might need to read up on visual format (tst.vf.600.dev.pdf) or ask a more specific question as to where you are going wrong.
EG problems putting in the reference in your vf config file.

yeah i did that. but my question is how can i pop up a IE browser through a button from my visula format.
Johnny
your javascript should hit that off
eWebEditPro.openDialog(sEditorName, eWebEditPro.resolvePath("olhhyperlinkpopup.htm"), "", "HyperlinkList", "width=500,height=200");
