CSSDK 2.1 - Teamsite 6.1 - SP2

Hello,

I'm trying to install the CSSDK 2.1 client on a Solaris 8 box where the Teamsite 6.1 - SP2 is installed. After entering the path where it will be installed <iw-home/CSSDK_Client>, I receive a load of errors as detailed below. Anyone have this problem before and if so, what was the resolution?

Does the fact that SP2 was installed before the CSSDK Client have any impact?

If I recall this one, it was determined that CSSDK is already installed in the TeamSite instance, and (maybe?) we just had to drop the license key in to a config file somewhere. The client install didn't need to happen on the server, just the client box.

Hi Nathan,

Thanks for the response, you are indeed correct that the CSSDK is alread installed on the server. I had installed the SOAP license and done the iwreset -a sucessfully on 3 other servers but this time the fcgiwaspc process did not come up. I was sure that the CSSDK Client did not have to be installed but it was the only thing different that I could see from my other installs which is why I tried to install it.
