I should have known this before, but I guess like IWOV graduate's post in the bit bucket I may have a substance issue :-)
Anyway I have a workflow that transitions the lock from user A who submits a file to the owner of the Workarea, and then back again if it's rejected. The reason I'm posting here is the WFT is working, what I noticed however was that when it's transfered the list of work in progress files in CCStandard the file goes away when the lock is transfered and then comes back if the work is rejected and the user needs to edit the file again.
Is there another way to configure this? I would like for the user to be able to see the files they have modified and that are part of a workflow process in this list, and not just the files that they own the locks on.
I want to transition the lock so that they do not edit the file again after it goes into the review cycle.
