Instead of: <a href="<iw_value name='services_value.dcr.HeaderLink'/>">blah </a>Use the alternative syntax:<a href="{iw_value name='services_value.dcr.HeaderLink'/}">blah </a>

I'm not familiar with your DCT, but instead of:

services_value.dcr.HeaderLink

... wouldn't it be:

dcr.services_value.HeaderLink ?

Other than that, you look good.
