OD 6.0.1 filelist deployments

I am a bit puzzled. I am trying to run OD 6.0.1 on Solaris, and for some reason the new syntax for filelist deployments does not seem to be working.

EG. This does not work (taken from the OD 6.0.1 admin guide):



 <source>
   <iwStore>
                 <filelist area="/.iwmnt/default/main/branch/STAGING/" filePath="$filelist" />
            </iwStore>
 </source>

whereas this (using the old syntax) does:



  <source>
                <sourceFilesystem   area="/iwmnt/default/main/branch/STAGING/" filelist="$filelist">
   <pathSpecification>
         <path name="."/>
   </pathSpecification>
   </sourceFilesystem>
  </source>

any ideas?

What is not working ? What error ? Why are you using caching FS in one example and non-caching in the other ?

I have seen issues with caching FS and file list deployments since the file was not in Staging due to the cache

You seem to have missed (or not included in your post) the rest of the iwStore information. It should be something like: <source>
<iwStore>
<filelist area="/.iwmnt/default/main/branch/STAGING" filePath="$filelist^">
<pathSpecification>
<path name="."/>
</pathSpecification>
</filelist>
</iwStore>
</source>

ooops, my bad.. actually, at the time of the posting I've noticed that path specs were missing.. posted, but then tried with path specs.. and it works...
