6.1 crash on Windows 2003
System
My company experienced Teamsite 6.1 crash last night. The crash occurred twice within one hour of each other. The crash happened because Teamsite Y drive disappeared from the system. When I tried to remote control the box, it would take windows a long time to open NT Explorer (this is due to Y drive disappearance.). I checked all log files and NT event viewers and could not find any error message logged for the crash. Users said they were doing some minor file regeneration activity at the time of each crash.
Have you experienced this type of error? We have gone live with Teamsite 6.1 for over two months. It has been quite stable. However, I have run into this kind of mysterious crash two times and I just couldn’t tell what went wrong.
Thanks,

Gratefully, I can't say that I've seen this before and I work with 6.1 on Win2K3 quite a bit. I'd recommend getting Support involved and in the meantime, maybe a passerby on Devnet could lend some wisdom.

Current Environment(s):
(1) TS 6.1 SP1 on W2K3
(2) TS 6.1 SP2 on W2K
(3) TS 6.1 on W2K

have you checked the IIS services on your machine - I have had the mount dissapear from the IIS services and thats caused me some anxiety but no crash though
Just reinstalled that and it worked fine
Just my 2 cents
