Exception while parsing tempating.cfg

Hi,
Here is my system info
Apache.
Here is some more system info:
Host OS: SunOS (5.8)
Version: 5.5.2 Build 14136 Interwoven 20021127
License Expires: NoLimits

We just restarted our server.
/opt/interwoven/iw-home/bin/iwreset –a

Now, when we try to edit any dcr we get this error
Templating Error Page
Exception while parsing templating.cfg

Can anyone tell me how we can stop this error from happening?

Check your templating.cfg file for any syntax error or invalid characters.
Has it been changed recently ?

No. the last time it was changed was March 15th. We started experiencing problems after the restart was done.

Even so - check your templating.cfg file - carefully.
If the system is having trouble parsing it - chances are there's a reason.

If it was changed on the 15th but the iwreset was not done, then the changes did not take affect.

Check your templating.cfg

Do you need a server reset for templating.cfg change??

A change to templating.cfg does not require a server reset.

Changes to templating.cfg does not require iwreset to take affect.
Or have I been wrong all these years ?

Could you attach your templating.cfg to your next post? Without that, it's a bit of a guessing game.

That's what I knew...From nipper's posting thought I might be missing a piece...

That is what I get for shooting from the hip. I always *thought* I needed the iwreset, but reread the man page
and templating.cfg is not listed.
