Applet launchpad100IW issue

Has anyone seen this?

You can import a file and it imports successfully in either cc std or cc pro. Then if you go to import another file the applet com.interwoven.launchpad100.IWLaunchpad says started at the bottom of the browser, but it hangs there. Nothing happens after.

I checked, and if I use the sun jvm it does this, but with microsoft jvm it does not. I've tried with several versions to get the sun jvm to work, but it still does not.
The jvm's i've tried are j2re-1_4_2_07-windows-i586-p.exe, and 1.5... anyone have any ideas as to why the java jvm does not work? or is there a different version of the 1.4.2 that i should use.

If not are there any known issues with the microsoft jvm?

I applied patch 58809 Build 45952, and I still have the issue... does anyone have a version of the jdk from sun that works all the time on import?
