Can't register MBPScriptModel.dll

Hi All,

I am trying to deploy the MBin Script Model to a test server and I get a message "LoadLibrary("MBPScriptModel2.dll") failed - The specified module could not be found."

I cannot regsv32 MBPScriptModel.dll on a web server and I have no idea why. I have copied 4 files which I thought were necessary including:
jsTools4.dll - v4.5.0.16
MBModel4.dll - v4.5.0.16
MBPScriptModel2.dll - v4.5.0.16
Client API 2.dll

Does anyone have any ideas?

MBPScriptModel2.dll also has dependencies on MSVCP71.dll and MSVCR71.dll. Does the new system have these as well?

After a discussion with Interwoven support, I went back and double checked the dependencies in Dep Walker and identified that all of the necessary DLLs are on the system. Yes, I have all the needed files.
