Add Flash file using Visual format toolbar?

Is it possible to select and load flash files using some sort of icon on the visual format toolbar? From what I found in the documentation, it looks like the cmdmfuinsert command should allow objects to be inserted, but no matter how I try to access this, I just keep getting the picture dialog box. Is this something that is possible out of the box, or would I have to write a custom event handler to make this happen?

It would be easy to do this in a presentation template, but the specific page's content area is just a big Visual Format enabled text area, so the content author needs to have flexibility to insert the flash file just as they would insert an image.

Anyone have this working?

I don't think that there is anything out of the box. I wrote a custom one to do it. All you need is a file browser, height and width fields, and some check boxes for things like quality, autoplay, loop, etc.
