Integration with Print Tracking Application

We have a request to get our Print Tracking application to integrate with I-Manage. Basically, the customer wants us to extract information from the DMS system and automatically relate printed activity to the information stored within the DMS. Please note that I am not a developer and I'm doing some initial discovery for one of our developers.

The first question, is this possible? I see the biggest issue is that our print tracking is in process of the spooler, not the I-Manage client, so I don't know if it is possible to go back to the I-Manage system to obtain this information.

Could you let me know whether you mean WorkSite MP or WorkSite NT when you say iManage? Also, what version of the product do you currently have?

I can have someone look into what's possible if I have this additional information.

I appreciate the response. I am trying to obtain the specifics on the version, which is with a consulting company based in Asia. Unfortunatly, all I have right now is I-Manage, but have asked for more detail.
