Worksite 8 vs Worksite Mp

Hello,
We have purchased Worksite 8 for a Legal Implementation, however we are in the process on going enterprise with Interwoven. In doing our research, I find that Worksite 8 is matter centric and Worksite MP seems to have everything that Worksite 8 does not. Can someone please give me their opinion on the two products? Recomendations or suggestions. We are at a point where we can make the decision to stay with WKsite 8 or move to Wksite MP.
Any info will be greatly appreciate.

Since we purchased Worksite 8 already, could we upgrade to MP?
