I believe the linux support is only for the development server, so I doubt the LDAP integration has been done. LDAP is generally for production, but I could be wrong.

Its not supported.
I have tried it without success and ran into some serious server crash issues.
You may want to check with support to get confirmation.

Thanks iwovGraduate.
I opened ticket with support. That is what I got answer from them.
TeamSite 6.1 supports any LDAP vendor as the configuration is set via iw.cfg file. The vendor you choose and the vendor-side configuration is up to you. The fact that you are running TS on Linux will make no difference as LDAP would be supported for Linux as for other supported OS platforms.
I didn't find any information about this on TS support site.

Interesting.
You got a blessing from support. So go ahead and try it.
Post your experience.
Whats your TS build number ? I wonder if there was any fix for LDAP support in a recent release.
Whats your Linux version ? vendor ? which kernel ?
Which LDAP are you planning to use ? version ?
