File Import not showing all the directories

Hi,
I just downloaded a new version of Java and wondering if this is causing my problem because I have not experienced this before. When importing files, the top dialog box where you select the files you want to import, the software is limiting the number of options I have to choose from. In other words I can’t scroll down as far as I should be able to. I upgraded the JRE to JRE 1.5.0_02.

Its very likely that JRE version is causing this. This problem has been reported before many times due to wrong/incompatible/unsupported version of JRE.
