Deleting Workflows using CLT

Hi,
Is there anyway to delete workflow from command line. Lets say i have one workflow having id #1111
So how can i delete it using Teamsite Command-Line Tools.
Env :::
Teamsite 6.1
Windows 2000(5.0)
