Eclipse IDE 3.0 with Teamsite 6.1

Hi All,
My Teamsite Configuration :::

==> Teamsite 6.1(Windows 2000) with SP2 patches.

I want to integrate Eclipse with teamsite.the reaosn for doing this is to customize teamsite CCPRO and CCSTD interface for teamsite.When i get into the iw-home and then so on into configuration files there are java and jsp files for GUI .
My main motive is to configure the java and jsp files(On teamsite) with Eclipse.
After some time when i would be able to do so (Obviously getting help from you guys) how will i configure server in the eclipse.

We basically have installed eclipse inside of a windows 2003 server and have an ant script that copies files out to the customer_src path and executes the make_toolkit script. We did not setup the teamsite tomcat server as a separate instance.
