TeamSite search: parsing html tags

Is it possible to configure TeamSite search to search all html tags within an html document?

For example: We would like to be able to search our Workarea for all documents containing the url www.cnn.com. If any document contains these URL's with in an <a href""> it should be returned in the search results.

Does anyone know if search can do this out of the box?

Currently, the way our system is configured it is not indexing the content is this way.

Well, if you want to search the Workarea you have a different problem (my knowledge without installing SP 1 for Search). But looking for a URL in a html page is no problem, since the underlaying Verity is able to do so per default. Just type in the text you are looking for and you get the desired results. I tested it a minute ago and it worked fine. Of course if you look up an <a href... you get a lot of results.
