All lists collapsed by default

Is there a way to make sure that all lists/views are collapsed by default? I.e. When a new user logs in, all views are collapsed.

Reason being, some views contain several "items", which, when expanded display hundreds of documents/links etc.

Having the system remember collapsed/expanded state AFTER initial login is fine.

Yes. It's the Worksite web app, version 8.

Unfortunately at this time there is no mechanism in place to have all items collapsed by default in WSW. However, you can submit an enhancement request at http://worksitesupport.interwoven.com/, and click on New Feature request link.
