Report User?

I know that you can log in as a user to the OD Admin that does not have any deployments and run the quick reports. Is it possible to link directly to that page from the login, and maybe not display the other information on the left.. .like manage servers etc.

I'm thinking about users we simply want to be able to view reports. Anyway I'm just curious this is not a requirement or anything, and I can do the reports myself, but it would be nice.

Along the same lines is there anyway to automate the report generation for the csv file? In otherwords I would like to have something that would run the report daily, and generate a csv file (the same way the gui does) I could then set that up to get emailed each day.

If there was a way to run the reports from a CLT that would work as well.

There's no out-of-the-box CLT that corresponds to the OD UI's report generation features. But since the reporting data is in relational tables, you could write a SQL program to run a report.

Hint: If you use the OD UI to specify a custom report, then click the button for the SQL query report, you'll see the SELECT statement that you need to use.
