Error while previewing a dcr

Hi,
Recently I am getting an error while previewing a dcr.
Error:
iwproxy was unable to open a connection to: 10.200.154.237:81
Reason: Connection refused

Earlier this was working fine, I havent changed anything in iw.cfg.

Can anyone help me out.

were you previewing a DCR or a file generated from that DCR?

If I were you, I'd check the customer web server that you are running, consider restarting it

Check to see if IIS is running:

http://10.200.154.237:81/

If you get an IE 500 error, then start IIS (or Apache, whatever your
webserver is)
