Windows Server 2003 SP1 support

does TS 6.5 support Windows Server 2003 Service Pack 1 yet now that it has been officially released? my security team is insisting it be installed prior to our upgrade to TS 6.5

TeamSite 6.5 SP1 was released before Microsoft released the SP1 for Windows 2003. TeamSite 6.5 or TeamSite 6.5 SP1 has not been certified against Windows 2003 SP1. We will look to include support in a future release.

has anyone applied server 2003 sp1 on a TS 6.5 box? ive had bad luck in the past using unsupported MS service packs on TS boxes...

We will investigate for inclusion in the next release (TS 6.5 SP2) although I don't want to commit at this point because if the amount of work needed to fix issues is really large then I would like to defer to TS 6.7. At this point, TS 6.5 SP2 is looking like a Q3 deliverable..

I have TS65. with SP1 on windows 2003, no Sp for windows though, and its running fine, No problems till now.

From personal experience, yes. Officially? I believe so, but I could be wrong. I've been running 6.1 SP1 on a W2K3 SP1 box since SP1 (for W2K3) came out and it works just fine.

Current Environment(s):
(1) TS 6.5 on W2K3
(2) TS 6.1 SP1 on W2K3
By the way, I miss Unix terribly.

The SP2 notes mentions, very briefly that it fixes some compatibility issue with windows.

Has the W2k3 SP1 issue been fixed in TS 6.5 SP2?

Support for W2K3 SP1 was added to the release of TeamSite 6.5 Service Pack 2. It is compatible.
