missing iwsyndb / iwsyncdb.ipl

I cannot find iwsyncdb.tpl and iwsyndb in my server
Does it install by-default ?

Migrateduser

There should be an iwsyncdb command line tool that installed with OD. Refer to the OD 6 Reference for info. If you are upgrading, also take a look at "Migration Notes for DataDeploy 5.6" in the DD guide.
