Issues with upgrade from 5.5 to 6.5
cute_guy
We had a workflow that allows the user to select files from staging area and deploy the selected file to target environment using opendeploy 5.6.
For selecting the files from staging area ,we called dcfilebrowser.html file from a cgi file ,this html displays the list of files in staging area as frames to the user. The frames intern were refering to two other html files dcfilebrowserbanner.html,dcfilebuttonframe.html .
This file selection process was working fine in TS 5.5.2..
Recently we have done a upgrade of TS 5.5.2 server to TS 6.5 , to our surprise we found that this functionality was not working as expected ..
We also found that the above mentioned html files(dcfilebrowser.html, dcfilebrowserbanner.html, dcfilebuttonframe.html, previewdirnav.itml) were missing after upgrade...under the directory <iw-home>/httpd/iw/*
also i have atttached the piece of code that calls the dcfilebrowser.html file with arguments passed.....
We would like to know whether there are any new files replacing these html files in TS 6.5?
Regards,
Ganesh

I think it's clear that the old customization relied on files which were not documented for custom usage (dcfile*) and that now you've run into the classic case resulting from the use of non-supported customizations -- which is that the files no longer exist for you to use after an upgrade.
I'd suggest your re-read through the Administrator's Guide, CLT Guide, and UICG [especially with regards to the CCI URLs] documentation to find a [more] supported way to peform the operations you used to perform.
Also - you might consider mentioning in your posts whether you are using CCStd or CCPro (or both) - as that might have some impact on the responses. In this case it it doesn't matter until *after* you resolve the unsupported customization issue.
