Scripting eventsubd

I am attempting to programmatically stop the eventsubd on TS 6.5 on Windows 2003. Unfortunately, I have found ZERO documentation about the eventsubd.exe command and am at a loss of what flags I need to specify, etc.

Please advise.

Sorry, I think I answered my own question with this one... I'll use "net stop" -- *sigh* if only everything ran on Unix...
