From a single user perspective, you can see My Reviews within 'My WorkSite'.
For more extensive transparency and dashboarding of review / approved documents, you might want to consider the 'Project' custom connector and object model available for download in the Solution Toolkit at http://devnet.interwoven.com/site.fcgi/techlib/docs/Techlib-MP4.html

This lets you set and summarise (per project tab), as well as overall for a whole WS, the review status of all docs within the WS.
