Permissions on 6.5 win2k3

anyone having issues with coping or creating files to the IFS....seems as though the permissions are not being set by the parent folder permissions

It works just fine for me. What are you trying to do, exactly? What permissions ARE propagated?

What error message you are getting? one fast idea....just check your IIS is running properly.
