Self Service and file / directory Structure

Hello,

Recently I developed a site using FormsPublisher to produce a medium size website. One of the requirements was "Self Service". The interface is great and the users(non-technical) are managing some fairly complex content on their own. One of the issues that has come up is the need to manage all the files, dcr's, jsp's, and assets. All the folders, and different locations of files is rather daunting. This is not an issue for a production artist but with a business user audience what can be done?

I need an example of a proven approach to help spur my thinking to solve this issue.

Wow, y'know I can't even find that other post now, but I apologize. I'm usually careful about stuff like that, but I'm sorry for my mistake. I think another thing that threw me was that the other post was very similar in wording and was created within like an hour of this one.
