Import error

Hi,

I installed TeamSite6.1.0(Fresh Installation) on Solaris 5.9 After that created Branch and workarea. When I am trying to import file '/tmp/test.log' from /tmp to that workarea by "File -> Import" option I am getting following error
" Error Importing file test.log to TeamSite Server:
Error sending file to 'http://localhost/iw-bin/iwfileupdownload.cgi" . File '/tmp/test.log' (Permission denied) not found "

Can anyone help me : how to fix this problem

As it looks the user permissions issue, I want to know couple of things.

Which role you are logged in and user privileges?
"tmp" is this directory you are created under the workarea or it is Solaris tmp directory?

We are also getting this error randomly and are not sure whats causing it.

Person is logged in as author and is trying to import a file into in the Workarea. I thought it would be a permissions problem but the user was able to import files a couple of hours beforehand.
