Back up

I had taken the Back up of iw-store at some location and now want to retrieve the backup, but I am not able to see my data in virtual drive and from front end of teamsite server.please help

First question... did you back up the content as recommended by the documentation? By that I mean backing up the iw-store while teamsite is either frozen or down? Next, did your backup tool generate a log explaining where it was putting your file?

yes while taking the iw-store backup teamsite server was freezen and down, but I manually copied the data as it was less in size

Do you have the command in your history? Can you do a search for you the iw-store directory?

I have the all iw-store back-up with me and also know its location, but when I am retrieving it and placing the same inplace of iw-store again, it is not showing the same in virtual drive
