Create a New branch, can support 2 groups

When I am going to create a branch
I choice Group Share, Can I put 2 gourps name in the box ?
If yes, how can I ? i try to use " , " , but not working
If no, does it have way to let 2 group of ppl using same bracnh ?
I did try to add "2 groups" into that floder security,

For better or worse - the model for group-sharing of branches / workareas is based on the Unix model where you can only have *1* group associated with any given file system object (file, directory).
However ... if / when you upgrade to 6.5 (or above) - you'll have the ability to use TeamSite Groups - which can be used to describe users and even other groups (e.g. you could have a TS Group "branch_group1" that contains other groups like "user_group1", "user_group2", "ts_admins", etc.) The nested groups can be either other TeamSite Groups or OS Groups - or a combination of both -- and, as stated, you can include individual users as well.
Once you've done that - you can then use the containing TeamSite Group ("branch_group1") for the group-for-sharing information for the branch and/or workarea.
